Our Grade II listed building has a unique heritage dating back to 1877. It was originally built by local industrialist and entrepreneur Henry Harvey as a centre for the arts offering free to access education for the people of Barnsley. Our historic Eldon Street entrance is open Monday – Saturday, 10am- 4pm so your guests can enter the building in style.

The images show it as a working office with 14 desks and a breakout area, but it can be organised in different configurations and can comfortably accommodate up to 18 desks while still having plenty of space.

Our Facilities

  • Our building is fully accessible with lift access to all floors and accessible toilets
  • Electronic fob entry. Building opening times Monday to Friday: 8am – 6pm, Saturdays 9:30am – 4:30pm. (Out of hours access by arrangement)
  • Room 405 has an intercom service at the Hanson Street entrance for deliveries and visitors outside of our opening times
  • All spaces have access to the building private data network, with an access point close to both offices. Additionally, Room 405 has internet / telephone data patch points throughout.
  • All office units have access to a shared kitchenette on the same level
  • Meeting rooms and breakout spaces are available within the building
  • Our tenants have their own allocated mailbox
  • Our inhouse cleaning team look after all communal areas and can include your office if required for an additional charge
  • We take care of building maintenance
