As part of the ongoing and exciting transformation of Barnsley Civic we are reinvigorating the ways in which we work with artists with clear and distinct ways that we can offer support to better serve the artist community in Barnsley.
Join us at our next creative social event.
This is an opportunity for local artists to come together and talk about their work, expand their creative network, exchange ideas, contacts, and resources, vent frustrations, share tips, and offer support. This will also give us an opportunity to tell you more about what we do here at Barnsley Civic and a way of signposting other opportunities that are on offer in Barnsley. It’s also just a social, to have a laugh and get out on a Thursday.
Throughout the evening, we will also be able to share more info about our other artist support programmes, so get the first one in the diary and tell your friends. If you can’t always make an evening, we will be alternating these with lunchtime events out in the gardens (if it’s sunny).
